Senior M&P Engineer Surface Technologies(m/w/x)

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and qualifying metal surface technologies for aerospace applications, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating with various teams to align materials and processes with production needs.

Anforderungen

• •Subject-matter expert in Materials & Processes within aerospace
• •Master’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
• •Extensive experience in industrial chemical surface treatments of metallic substrates for corrosion protection
• •Knowledge of REACh and applicable environmental and chemical regulations
• •Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in M&P roles within aircraft development or certification programs
• •Proven track record in material and process qualification and certification activities
• •Experience in mentoring and technical development of junior engineers
• •Ability to manage priorities and execute multiple parallel activities in a program environment
• •Capability to lead complex technical activities across internal and external stakeholders
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills in an international context
