Anforderungen
- •Minimum of 8 years of relevant hands-on experience
- •Direct experience troubleshooting and improving manufacturing processes and equipment
- •Familiarity with Schneider and Beckhoff PLC based systems
- •SCADA and MES implementation experience
- •Proven expertise in planning, organization, and execution of maintenance activities
- •Knowledge of common problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis methodologies
- •Passionate and committed self-starter with a can-do attitude
- •Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- •Fluency in English both spoken and written
- •Bachelor’s in engineering or equivalent education/experience
- •Previous exposure to a highly regulated industry and knowledge of relevant standards is a plus
- •Experience with Siemens PLC based systems is a plus
- •Willingness to initially spend an extended period in our facility in Taiwan for induction/training is a plus
- •Six Sigma methodology knowledge and certification is a plus

- •Serve as the primary SME for automated production equipment
- •Enhance system and equipment reliability to meet customer and regulatory requirements
- •Support automated assembly production of autoinjector systems with your team
- •Lead engineering for production lines and assembly processes
- •Collaborate with production technicians, equipment builders, and maintenance on improvements and troubleshooting
- •Develop improvement plans for capacity expansion and new assembly lines
- •Drive initiatives for capacity deployment in device assembly
- •Oversee manufacturing acceptance of new assembly lines and processes
- •Conduct validation activities for new equipment and processes as needed
- •Support Design For Manufacturing (DFM) and define manufacturing requirements for new products
