Anforderungen

  • •University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Tax, or Law
  • •Certified German Tax Advisor (StB), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or equivalent
  • •Extensive experience in transfer pricing
  • •Strong understanding of international and German TP regulations
  • •Ability to lead complex, cross-border tax projects
  • •Proficiency in data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Knime) and ERP systems (SAP)
  • •Coaching mindset and ability to lead through ambiguity
  • •Familiarity with skills frameworks and capability-based development
  • •Fluency in English and German

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Co-lead global transfer pricing controversy strategy
  • •Ensure alignment across business units and jurisdictions
  • •Support mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA)
  • •Manage international tax audits with transfer pricing data and documentation
  • •Provide strategic input aligned with global tax positions
  • •Develop data analytics and visualization solutions for controversy cases
  • •Collaborate with business modeling teams for consistency in controversy scenarios
  • •Support public reporting requirements with robust data frameworks
  • •Facilitate retrospectives post-audit to improve future readiness
  • •Lead initiatives to embed controversy readiness into business model design
  • •Coach junior team members and promote a culture of transparency
  • •Represent Bayer in external forums and with tax authorities
