Anforderungen
- •Master’s or bachelor’s degree with extensive relevant work experience in microbiology
- •5-10 years of regulated industry experience in QC
- •Experience with Laboratory IT systems such as MODA, LIMS, and LES
- •Leadership experience
- •Written and oral skills in German and English
- •Participation in Regulatory inspections such as EMA, FDA
- •High level of experience with cGMP requirements and compliance
- •Strong interpersonal skills and teaching/coaching experience
- •Oral and written communication skills for communicating with employees and management

Deine Aufgaben
- •Ensure compliance with cGMP procedures and Quality Systems
- •Oversee QC Environmental Monitoring Technicians' daily activities
- •Coordinate environmental monitoring activities for technicians
- •Provide technical training and mentorship to technicians
- •Support technicians during non-routine events and escalate issues
- •Author Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instruction documentation
- •Promote adherence to safety and quality standards
- •Conduct environmental monitoring in classified manufacturing areas
- •Perform utility sampling and analysis for manufacturing and QC laboratory
