Anforderungen
- •Understanding of SAP/ERP landscapes and best practice testing methodologies
- •Experience as a liaison between business, IT, QA, and regulatory stakeholders
- •Compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the testing lifecycle
- •Relevant higher education
- •5+ years of professional experience in ERP test management
- •Experience managing testing efforts in validated environments
- •Experience in GxP regulations; SOX experience is a plus
- •Understanding of SAP or ERP-related applications preferred
- •Hands-on experience with test management and test automation tools
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- •Experience in leading cross-functional and multicultural teams
- •Fluency in English; German knowledge is preferred

- •Develop and execute the end-to-end test strategy
- •Create a master test plan across multiple workstreams
- •Oversee UAT, Authorization, End-to-End, and Regression Testing
- •Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout testing
- •Manage cross-functional test teams and external suppliers
- •Act as the main contact for stakeholders on testing topics
- •Define and track KPIs and test metrics for status reporting
- •Implement and govern automated test tools and data management
- •Coordinate defect management and resolution processes
- •Serve as a subject matter expert for Deviation and CAPA
- •Support internal and external audits and inspections
