- •Experience in GMP-regulated quality control
- •Understanding of analytical QC procedures
- •Strong organizational skills and initiative
- •Ability to implement sustainable solutions

- •Coordinate and monitor key QC processes
- •Support the QC project team professionally and organizationally
- •Oversee the release of active substances
- •Review analysis reports and batch documentation
- •Manage and evaluate stability studies
- •Handle qualification and requalification measures
- •Track QC performance indicators for process improvement
- •Optimize workflows and guidelines for GMP compliance
- •Manage external national and international laboratories
- •Evaluate biotechnological production data to support analytical issues
- •Troubleshoot analytical problems and perform root cause analyses
- •Manage deviations, OOS cases, and CAPA processes
- •Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits
- •Create and maintain QC-relevant documents and instructions
- •Represent QC management and assume delegated leadership tasks
