Anforderungen
- •Degree in food technology, food chemistry, nutritional science, or comparable qualification
- •Several years of leadership experience in quality within the food industry
- •In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., BRCGS & IFS Food)
- •Structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication and leadership skills
- •Experience preparing and conducting audits, ideally familiar with laboratory techniques
- •Proficiency in SAP and common IT tools (e.g., MS Office)
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

- •Ensure product safety and quality management development
- •Lead and develop two teams in a motivating environment

- •Manage internal, supplier, customer, and certification audits with the audit team

- •Handle international customer inquiries and complaints with your team
- •Maintain close contact with subsidiaries
- •Collaborate with production and supplier management to identify improvement opportunities
- •Support process and system optimization
- •Participate in raw material approvals
