Anforderungen
- •Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- •Proven experience as post-merger integration/separation manager in mid-large sized matrix organization or as consultant with at least 10 years of working experience, for which 5 years in corporate environment
- •Strong project management skills including experience leading cross-functional teams
- •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- •English proficiency, any other language is a plus

- •Develop integration strategies with business segments and strategic business units
- •Create comprehensive approaches for post-merger integration and separation planning
- •Ensure compliance of PMI activities with the company's strategy and objectives
- •Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and separation
- •Participate in due diligence processes to define PMI and separation strategies
- •Identify risks and opportunities during due diligence
- •Conduct regular progress reviews and prepare status reports for senior management
- •Contribute to continuous improvement of PMI processes through lessons-learned sessions
- •Update the PMI toolkit based on insights gained
