Anforderungen
- •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- •At least 5 years of professional experience in business excellence, operations management, or related field
- •Leadership skills acquired through experience in management and steering of diverse teams and/or projects
- •Proven experience in driving initiatives in business process excellence or similar environment
- •Results-oriented with analytical and organizational skills, ideally complemented by experience in process development and modeling
- •High affinity for modern IT technologies, including familiarity with SAP software
- •Very good spoken and written communication skills in German and English
- •Reliable and structured working style complemented by strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
