Anforderungen
- •Extensive experience in anti-financial crime compliance (5+ years)
- •In-depth knowledge of German and EU regulations on anti-money laundering, sanctions, and fraud prevention
- •Detailed expertise in fraud, sanctions, and embargo topics (5 years)
- •Proven track record of leading successful AFC initiatives
- •Experience with local regulators is a plus
- •Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- •Professional certifications such as CAMS or ACAMS preferred
- •Fluency in English and German required

- •Provide continuous advice on product enhancements for cooperation partners
- •Support onboarding of new cooperation partners and products
- •Assess Third Party Risk Assessments (TPRA)
- •Modify operational processes and structures (MOPS)
- •Prepare and implement training courses
- •Monitor cooperation partners' performance regarding AFC compliance
- •Communicate with partner managers about compliance issues
- •Extend documentation of processes
- •Instruct and support employees and cooperation partners
- •Coordinate BaFin requests and audits
- •Prepare the Annual AFC Report and German ExCo governance report
