- •Facilitate Commercial Management Review meetings to align stakeholders
- •Analyze internal and external data to assess launch readiness and performance
- •Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor progress and identify risks
- •Coordinate International Strategic and Tactical Plans to align with commercial priorities
- •Act as a central liaison between global and regional teams
- •Share best practices to drive continuous improvement
- •Lead high-impact projects outside regular planning cycles
