- •Acquire studies to establish position-based benchmarking
- •Advise HR Business Partners on benchmarking results
- •Conduct and review position gradings
- •Create salary bands by country or function
- •Maintain the company job catalogue
- •Prepare salary proposals for executive roles
- •Implement global compensation tools and processes
- •Structure and upload STI target data
- •Communicate local target achievement results
- •Manage benefit supplier relationships and plan performance
- •Review benefit plans and manage contract renewals
- •Oversee case management for executive relocations
- •Design local policies within the global framework
- •Draft and update policy documents and agreements
- •Improve and communicate local CBE programs
- •Ensure excellent administration of all reward programs
- •Design change management concepts for strategic programs
- •Provide technical and process training to HR
- •Deliver communications on global and local rewards
- •Translate and implement new regulatory requirements
- •Ensure compliance with tax and social security laws
- •Interpret collective bargaining and legal agreements
- •Execute and follow up on local audit actions
