Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Law, or comparable studies
- •Expertise in renewable energy with proven track record in commercial contract negotiations
- •Work experience in trading, (PPA) origination, sales, power procurement, or comparable commercial role
- •Good network across the Renewable Energy Industry and/or potential power offtakers
- •Project and stakeholder management experience with analytical mindset
- •Understanding of renewable energy markets, pricing schemes, and regulatory remuneration systems
- •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- •International work experience and appreciation of cultural differences
- •Willingness to travel monthly
- •Business fluency in English and Polish; German is a plus
- •Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor

Deine Aufgaben
- •Originate and develop energy offtake contracts
- •Secure energy offtake solutions for wind, solar, and battery assets
- •Originate, structure, and negotiate power purchase agreements (PPAs)
- •Coordinate participation in regulatory tenders for subsidies
- •Lead route to market strategy for energy and certificates
- •Expand network of market players, including utilities and trading companies
- •Collaborate cross-functionally within the Renewables business
- •Engage with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- •Conduct project development, market analysis, and pricing
- •Address risk, tax, accounting, and compliance matters
