- •Advise on drafting and negotiating national and international supply and distribution agreements in the e-mobility sector
- •Review and negotiate Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts related to e-mobility
- •Provide legal support for launching and distributing new products within the e-mobility business unit
- •Support market entry activities and coordinate with external legal advisors
- •Develop legal structuring options for new business areas
- •Provide legal guidance on special projects of strategic importance across the group
- •Independently manage workflows and take full ownership of legal matters
