Deine Aufgaben

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand activation strategy for Basketball and Indoor categories
  • Create the overall Central brand marketing plan for the category
  • Contribute to the overarching Brand Calendar, including media, digital, retail, and PR activation
  • Manage seasonal and annual brand marketing strategies that align with Global and Local priorities
  • Integrate lead Sports Marketing and Culture Marketing brand partners into activation plans
  • Support allocation of Category MWB and WHS SWB to enhance Brand and Business KPIs
  • Create and execute local tools and plans for specific activations
  • Ensure executional excellence of activations and report performance against KPIs
  • Collaborate with Global and European BU to optimize tools for local needs
  • Steer external pitch processes for creative and executional setups
  • Define and coordinate cost-efficient media planning across communication channels
  • Ensure effective use of tools across publishing, paid media, and omnichannel marketing
  • Develop hyperlocal communication tools for priority stories in social media and PR
  • Lead WHS activation plans focusing on key accounts in the category
  • Ensure positive sell-in and sell-out impact of activities across all channels
  • Collaborate with Partner Publishing, Sports, and Culture Marketing for holistic activation concepts
