Deine Aufgaben

  • Help build and execute Account Marketing and Activation Plans
  • Define a seasonal marketing calendar for product, retail, and brand activity
  • Execute the seasonal Account Marketing Calendar to drive sales
  • Deliver and implement the AKA activation strategy and roadmap
  • Develop and execute consumer activation activities across all channels
  • Secure optimal space in key destination doors and locations
  • Ensure sell-through and consumer engagement to meet commercial goals
  • Measure the effectiveness of account activation plans visually and via sell-out
  • Manage the seasonal activation calendar process from download to in-store implementation
  • Understand product, customer, and consumer needs in European markets
  • Support SMU and franchise creation and development as needed
  • Represent brand activation internally and externally
  • Oversee execution of toolkits from customer briefing to in-store deployment
  • Collaborate with European and Central Brand teams for best practice implementation
  • Conduct reporting to measure efficiency and commercial success
  • Manage budgets and costs within agreed limits
  • Understand the European consumer retail environment and competitor concepts
  • Ensure visibility of AKA brand activation to relevant teams through effective communication
