- •Proven track record in project management

- •Business or Marketing Degree
- •4-6 years’ experience in Retail Visual Merchandising
- •1+ years working with Global markets or in a top tier adidas market
- •1+ year’s management experience

Deine Aufgaben
- •Partner with teams to create clear visual direction
- •Develop guidelines, training programs, and tools for clusters
- •Support the roll-out of new concepts and tools
- •Manage remodel and new opening projects across Europe from a VM perspective
- •Create Macroplans and Microplans while aligning with stakeholders
- •Support store projects onsite and lead teams for flawless execution
- •Build relationships with external agencies to influence visual presentation
- •Monitor retail industry best practices for adaptation
- •Contribute to the retail store expansion process
- •Drive industry-leading innovations with the Director of VM & Brand
- •Follow the defined VM Framework and Own The Game 2025 Strategy
- •Act as a support partner during the seasonal sell-in process
- •Analyze and evaluate VM initiatives against defined KPIs
- •Manage project budgets as assigned
- •Take on people responsibilities if applicable
- •Complete additional assignments or special projects as agreed
- •Act as an adidas brand ambassador
