Anforderungen
- •University undergraduate degree in science or business
- •Higher qualifications (MD, PhD, MBA) advantageous
- •Minimum of 6-8+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, patient advocacy, or related field
- •Proven track record in government affairs and patient advocacy strategies
- •Strong understanding of healthcare landscape, regulatory and legislative processes
- •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- •High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical conduct
- •Strong social skills for cross-functional collaboration
- •Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- •Proficiency in using communication tools and software
- •Fluency in German and English
