- •Research and draft expert legal opinions
- •Review and negotiate international cooperation agreements
- •Develop and update legal models and templates
- •Advise on technical cooperation and donor relations
- •Review legal aspects of draft administrative issuances
- •Prepare legal documents for policymaking organs
- •Represent the office at Member State meetings
- •Defend the organization's privileges and immunities
- •Advise internal committees on legal questions
- •Manage litigation before the ILO Administrative Tribunal
- •Handle private and commercial law claims
- •Supervise interns and conduct peer reviews
- •Maintain the office knowledge management system
