Anforderungen

•Master's degree in Law (MLaw, lic.iur.)
•At least 5 years of post-bar professional experience in a multinational company or respected law firm
•Legal expertise in Contracts, Competition Law, IT/software law, Data Privacy, and Litigation/Dispute Resolution
•Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
•Strong team orientation and purpose-driven approach
•Passion for working with diverse backgrounds and cultures
•International academic or work experience is an important plus

•Support complex international business projects
•Provide strategic guidance on various legal matters
•Lead negotiation of international commercial agreements

•Collaborate with colleagues for compliant legal responses
•Develop and present legal training on relevant topics
