Anforderungen

•Qualification as lawyer or qualified attorney with admission to the bar
•Extensive relevant working experience in external law firm or as in-house lawyer with international exposure
•Strong expertise in M&A and corporate law
•High level of strategic and business understanding in pharma, biotech or life sciences
•Strong communication skills and capability of leading legal matters in cross-functional settings
•Project leadership competencies with strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset
•Business fluent in English

•Provide strategic legal advice to senior management
•Structure, draft, and negotiate M&A transaction documentation
•Collaborate with the M&A function and internal legal colleagues
•Lead teams of external legal professionals
•Manage cross-border collaboration on acquisitions and divestitures
•Select and manage outside counsel in relevant jurisdictions
•Ensure quality, speed, and efficiency in legal processes
•Partner with internal colleagues in target jurisdictions
•Prepare for the integration of targets into the company
•Work with a team of international lawyers on global matters
