Anforderungen
- •Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
- •In-house experience preferred but not essential
- •Good knowledge of commercial transactions and supply chain agreements
- •Experience in providing hands-on advice on time critical legal matters
- •Experience in legal reviews, negotiations, and drafting contracts
- •Experience working in multiple jurisdictions preferred
- •Strong communication skills, verbal and written

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead and support contract projects, including structuring, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
- •Manage legal work and instruct outside counsel for Operations EMEA and Germany
- •Support global legal strategy for construction and development projects in Germany
- •Oversee contract management and governance, maintaining relevant legal documents
- •Participate in meetings and negotiations with business, authorities, and third parties
- •Assist with legal due diligence for various group matters as needed
- •Provide practical advice on complex matters in Construction, Public Policy, and Employment/HR
- •Coordinate with and lead external counsel on regulatory and legal requirements
- •Develop standard forms, templates, and policies, identifying opportunities for automation
- •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and standardization in the Legal department
- •Offer proactive, business-focused legal advice to support Vantage's strategic objectives
- •Collaborate with the Operations team on drafting and negotiating maintenance and service contracts
- •Support the EMEA Legal team in advising on supply chain and commercial contracts
- •Manage outside counsel for jurisdiction-specific legal advice
- •Assist in designing and implementing processes for contracting and compliance matters
- •Develop templates to enable effective business operations while managing risk
- •Foster collaboration with Sales, Procurement, and Development to ensure operational success
