Anforderungen
- •Law degree with 2-4 years PQE
- •Fluency in German & English
- •Knowledge of legal issues affecting software companies
- •Experience in reviewing and negotiating IT/SaaS contracts

Deine Aufgaben
- •Assist the Head of Legal EMEA & APAC with legal matters
- •Provide effective legal advice and support to internal clients
- •Review and negotiate IT/SaaS commercial contracts
- •Negotiate service level agreements and vendor contracts
- •Conduct research on legal topics as needed
- •Develop legal templates and best practices
- •Engage with legal counterparts of vendors and clients
- •Ensure compliance with agreement terms and company policies
- •Prepare contract paperwork and advise on contractual rights
- •Mitigate contractual and channel partner program risks
- •Compile and analyze data while maintaining historical information
- •Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
- •Balance competing priorities against business needs
