Anforderungen

•Legal qualification preferably in Germany; dual qualification is a plus
•7–10 years as in-house counsel in international IT company or corporate law firm
•Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and negotiation skills
•Proven experience in multi-jurisdictional matters, corporate governance, and IP law
•Excellent drafting and analytical skills with pragmatic mindset
•Autonomy, proactivity, resilience, and calm under pressure
•Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
•Fluency in German (native preferred) and English; Italian or Spanish is a plus

•Manage disputes and litigation in the region
•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
•Handle complex software license agreements
•Negotiate services, reseller, and partnership agreements
•Create and review subcontracting agreements and NDAs
•Provide day-to-day legal support to Sales and operational teams
•Assist HR, Finance, and other departments with legal matters
•Deliver legal monitoring and training for commercial teams
•Implement and develop regional company policies and procedures
•Ensure compliance with applicable laws
•Support regional M&A projects
•Participate in global initiatives with legal teams
•Complete management reporting on deals, budgets, and litigation
