Anforderungen
- •Law degree from an accredited institution
- •Qualification to practice law in at least one EMEA jurisdiction (UK, France, or Germany preferred)
- •Experience advising on employment matters in a strategic manner
- •Master’s degree in law from an accredited institution
- •Experience working in a sophisticated corporate legal department for a company operating in multiple countries
- •Proficiency in English, other languages are welcome
- •Legal authorization to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

- •Manage labor and employment matters in EMEA
- •Provide strategic advice on employment agreements and consultation processes
- •Support compensation, benefits, performance, and disciplinary matters

- •Oversee employment-related disputes and litigation with external counsel
- •Develop and conduct training on labor and employment law topics
- •Manage outside counsel on significant projects
- •Monitor and address legal issues and developments proactively
- •Collaborate with internal teams to support business needs
- •Share knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative team environment
