Anforderungen
- •University degree in law and ideally a license as a fully qualified lawyer
- •Additional qualifications in international business law are an advantage
- •Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- •Experience in an international company or renowned law firm
- •Experience working with multinational teams
- •Experience advising senior executives
- •Initial years of general legal experience plus relevant expertise in supporting GTM functions
- •Sound knowledge of German and international commercial law
- •Knowledge of contract law, data protection law, and compliance
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- •Ability to explain complex legal issues understandably
- •Ability to develop pragmatic solutions
- •Fluency in written and spoken German and English is mandatory
- •Other language skills are an advantage

Deine Aufgaben
- •Provide legal advice on contract, commercial, and data protection law
- •Draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts
- •Identify and assess legal risks, developing strategies to minimize them
- •Assist in handling and resolving legal disputes, coordinating with outside counsel
- •Advise on data protection compliance with GDPR and other regulations
- •Conduct internal training on legal topics to raise awareness of risks
- •Coordinate with international subsidiaries to ensure a uniform legal strategy
