Anforderungen
- •Law degree (German first and second state examination)
- •Minimum 5-10 years of professional experience
- •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in compliance roles
- •Proficiency in compliance areas including sanctions, anti-corruption, criminal and data protection law
- •Strong communication skills in German and English
- •Ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly
- •Commitment to value-based compliance advisory and enforcement
- •Ability to demonstrate sound and independent judgement
- •Good analytical, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- •Value-based driven with ability to excel in a dynamic environment

- •Offer compliance advice on sanctions and anti-corruption
- •Advise on criminal and data protection law
- •Coordinate the global compliance training and awareness program
