Anforderungen
- •Law degree (German first and second state examination)
- •Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience
- •Minimum 1-3 years of experience in compliance roles
- •Proficiency in compliance
- •Additional qualifications or regulatory experience in data privacy law
- •Strong communication skills in German and English
- •Ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly
- •Additional languages are a plus

- •Support the development of the global compliance strategy
- •Implement and execute compliance strategies for the Coatings division
- •Develop and enforce compliance policies and processes
- •Assist with governance matters and related initiatives
- •Collaborate with compliance officers across legal entities
- •Provide guidance to compliance officers
- •Coordinate community management for compliance
- •Offer compliance advice on sanctions, anti-corruption, and data protection law
- •Support the global training and awareness program for compliance
