Anforderungen
- •Several years of experience in IT Support, IT Administration, or Digital Workplace roles
- •Strong hands-on expertise with Apple devices in a professional environment
- •Experience managing remotely deployed devices at scale
- •Solid knowledge of MDM solutions (e.g. Jamf, Microsoft Endpoint Management, VMware Workspace ONE)
- •Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, and Miro
- •Experience with ticket-based systems and a strong service mindset
- •Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- •Comfortable being the sole local IT support while collaborating remotely with a central team
- •Experience with scripting and automation (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, workflows) is a strong plus
- •Clear and confident communication skills in English (C1) and German (B2)
