•Strong 2nd level desktop support skills
•Proficiency with end-user devices and mobile device setup
•Experience with Wi-Fi/WLAN and video conferencing tools
•Basic understanding of warehouse operations

•Knowledge of ITSM tools and ITIL V3 Foundation certification

•Provide 2nd and 3rd level IT support via ServiceNow
•Coordinate with vendors for hardware issues

•Serve as primary IT support at your location
•Provide occasional support for other sites across Europe
•Participate in IT-related projects
