Anforderungen

•Strong knowledge of laptop setup, Ubuntu and Microsoft operating systems
•Solid desktop expertise with Ubuntu and modern managed devices
•Good understanding of common PC peripherals and warehouse OT equipment
•Familiarity with connectivity technologies such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth
•Good understanding of onsite IT infrastructure components
•Ability to manage and prioritise tasks within a working day
•Strong ticket management and documentation skills
•Efficient time management in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent problem-solving skills
•Fluent English knowledge, German on communicative level

•Monitor WMS performance and resolve technical issues

•Participate in digital and logistics transformation initiatives as a WMS expert
•Act as the main onsite IT contact for WMS-related topics
