Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or equivalent in IT, cybersecurity, or related field
- •Completed vocational training as an IT specialist with relevant professional experience
- •4+ years of relevant working experience in secure IT operations
- •Proven knowledge of IT security frameworks and compliance standards, ISO 27001, and BSI IT-Grundschutz
- •Hands-on experience with BSI-certified IT security products and secure IT architectures for on-premise and cloud deployments
- •Practical experience in operating and managing certified environments
- •Experience in setting up and maintaining virtualized environments
- •First experience with administration of Active Directory and management of secure user identities
- •Operation and maintenance of backup solutions
- •Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management within secure infrastructures
- •First experience with SIEM systems for log analysis, correlation, and incident response
- •Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex operational tasks securely and independently
- •Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- •Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external service providers
- •Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
- •Collaborative, hands-on mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills

- •Manage and maintain hardware infrastructure
- •Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
- •Apply regular updates and security patches
- •Provision, roll out, and support hardened clients
- •Install and configure systems
- •Manage virtualization and hardware lifecycle
- •Ensure compliance with IT security and regulatory requirements
- •Support and develop key infrastructure components
- •Contribute to continuous improvements
- •Serve as the contact for operations at the Walldorf site
- •Operate and extend technical infrastructure for secure environments
- •Support security accreditation processes
- •Administer relevant systems and security technologies
- •Provide technical support for SAP processes
- •Coordinate with external IT service providers and technology partners
- •Manage secure IT operations with central SAP SS&D operations
- •Administer and maintain virtualized environments
- •Support setup of new virtual machines
- •Operate and manage Active Directory components
- •Manage backup and recovery operations using VEEAM
- •Handle IT asset management and compliance
- •Provision and support hardened clients, including onboarding
- •Analyze logs with SIEM systems like Splunk
- •Support mitigation of IT security incidents
- •Ensure secure environments for classified development projects
- •Learn and apply requirements for handling customer information
- •Conduct guided tours of infrastructure for stakeholders
- •Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external providers
