- •Ensure physical safety and security of employees, buildings, and assets
- •Implement and comply with Global Physical Security Standards and Procedures
- •Manage guarding services and physical security countermeasures
- •Oversee personnel security and crisis management
- •Manage electronic security systems
- •Respond to and manage incidents
- •Conduct investigations and promote security awareness
- •Manage security projects and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
- •Oversee operational responsibility for security operations and related OPEX and CAPEX spending
- •Conduct physical building security risk assessments and surveys
- •Perform physical penetration testing
- •Plan, design, and oversee construction activities for multiple security projects
- •Align projects with SAP Global Physical Security Standards
- •Support SAP Health and Safety programs and establish emergency responses
- •Report on physical security strategy and metrics (KPIs)
- •Maintain relationships with law enforcement and emergency responders
- •Contribute to team capability development through initiatives and knowledge sharing
- •Follow directives from the manager
