- •University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- •5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering
- •Deep understanding of the Swiss payment industry
- •Transformation mindset with empathy and diplomacy
- •Ability to read API documentation and write SQL queries
- •Fluency in German and English at presentation and negotiation levels
- •At least 5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
- •Flexibility for travel within Switzerland
