Anforderungen
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Engineer in the banking industry, ideally with a focus on E-Banking
- •Solid understanding of client-facing applications, UX processes, and software development
- •Experience in application testing, including UAT, defect tracking, and test case creation
- •Strong attention to detail and ability to create and maintain clear, detailed feature documentation
- •Basic programming knowledge (e.g., SQL) and experience with Avaloq AFP
- •Passion for improving user experiences and maintaining high-quality standards
- •Strong communication skills, with ability to grasp complex ideas and explain them to different audiences
- •Collaborative mindset, working closely with Private Clients platform teams
- •Fluency in both English and German
