Anforderungen

  • Advanced degree preferred including PhD, Master of Science, or Master of Business Administration
  • Several years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in sales and marketing roles - regional or global assignments
  • Several years of experience in HCP marketing, brand management, and product launches
  • Track record of creating impactful HCP campaigns
  • Product launch experience, particularly on a global basis
  • Additional professional experience in sales and/or market research/market access preferred
  • Strong ability to lead and influence others across large cross functional projects
  • Excellent strategic capabilities and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer focus with experience of gathering and working with deep customer insights
  • Long-term pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience in sales and marketing roles - regional or global assignments
  • Strong track record of successful brand management at local, regional and/or global level
  • Proven experience dealing with customer data and digital norms in various countries

  • Contribute to global launch and commercialization strategy
  • Translate HCP insights into brand positioning and messaging
  • Drive innovation in HCP marketing programs
  • Collaborate with regional and local colleagues for launch readiness
  • Work with cross-functional teams including medical affairs and market access
  • Support country teams in implementing global brand strategy
  • Provide guidance on strategic data and operational metrics
  • Derive market, customer, and competitor insights for strategy execution
  • Develop and execute global marketing deliverables and activities
  • Define an innovative omnichannel HCP engagement strategy
  • Co-design market research with the Analytics team
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
  • Shape global product launch and commercialization strategy
  • Define brand identity and strategy with creative campaigns
  • Drive project leadership and innovation in marketing programs
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure timely project delivery
