- •MD or PhD with profound experience in Medicine
- •Experience in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Endocrinology, or Internal Medicine
- •Clinical or Pharma experience in the US
- •Long-term experience in Clinical Drug Development
- •Experience in pharma industry and/or academia
- •Several years of experience in a leadership role
- •Advanced knowledge in lifecycle stages of medicinal product
- •In-depth regulatory expertise with successful interactions with FDA and EMA
- •Excellent leadership communication skills
- •Negotiation and influencing skills
- •Ability to act with grace and resilience under pressure
- •Excellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills

Deine Aufgaben
- •Drive strategic recommendations for senior management
- •Make operational decisions for governance committees
- •Develop and update a high-quality clinical development plan
- •Ensure holistic evidence generation for post-PoC asset
- •Achieve regulatory approval and maximize asset value
- •Contribute to asset strategy, including TPP and Asset Narrative
- •Steer clinical development strategy through insight generation
- •Interpret evidence for enterprise-level decision-making
- •Lead a team of clinical program leaders and study physicians
- •Manage scientific project coordinators assigned to the asset
