Anforderungen

  • •MD or PhD with profound experience in Medicine
  • •Experience in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Endocrinology, or Internal Medicine
  • •Clinical or Pharma experience in the US
  • •Long-term experience in Clinical Drug Development
  • •Experience in pharma industry and/or academia
  • •Several years of experience in a leadership role
  • •Advanced knowledge in lifecycle stages of medicinal product
  • •In-depth regulatory expertise with successful interactions with FDA and EMA
  • •Excellent leadership communication skills
  • •Negotiation and influencing skills
  • •Ability to act with grace and resilience under pressure
  • •Excellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Drive strategic recommendations for senior management
  • •Make operational decisions for governance committees
  • •Develop and update a high-quality clinical development plan
  • •Ensure holistic evidence generation for post-PoC asset
  • •Achieve regulatory approval and maximize asset value
  • •Contribute to asset strategy, including TPP and Asset Narrative
  • •Steer clinical development strategy through insight generation
  • •Interpret evidence for enterprise-level decision-making
  • •Lead a team of clinical program leaders and study physicians
  • •Manage scientific project coordinators assigned to the asset
