Anforderungen
- •University degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent
- •Audit-specific qualifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CFE certification)
- •Minimum five years of relevant professional experience in audit or associated fields
- •Experience in an internationally operating company or Big 4 accounting firm
- •Strong process understanding in Finance, O2C, S2P, and Healthcare Compliance
- •Ability to independently scope and conduct reviews of complex processes
- •Industry experience in Pharma, Biotech, Life Science, or Electronics sector
- •Extensive experience in using data analytics
- •Familiarity with handling ERP system data and data analytics tools
- •Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik
- •Agility and open-mindedness
- •Good intercultural and communication skills
- •Project management and organization skills
- •Business-level fluency in English
- •Additional language skills are an advantage
- •Willingness to travel globally (approx. 20% travel time)
