Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in scientific, engineering, chemical, safety, or life science field
- •At least 10 years of experience in Occupational and Process Safety
- •Strong knowledge of occupational and process safety management, hazard analysis, and regulatory compliance
- •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- •Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills
- •Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- •Experience with ISO 14001/45001 management systems
- •Well-organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- •Manage occupational and process safety improvements

- •Conduct hazard analysis and risk assessments
- •Develop and standardize safety procedures across sites
- •Lead incident investigations to identify root causes
- •Share safety successes and lessons learned organization-wide
