Senior HSE Management System Expert(m/w/x)

Our Corporate HSE Management Team at PALFINGER HQ in Bergheim is seeking support in the development and global rollout of the integrated HSE Management System. The Senior HSE Management System Expert (f/m/d) will be responsible for the support and training of our production sites, their site management, and the global HSE organization, as well as internal audits. If you want to bring your experience in HSE management to an international level, you are exactly right with us! \_\_\_\_\_ ## Your responsibilites * Global implementation of the PALFINGER HSE Management System according to ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 at approximately 30 production and Sales & Service locations * Creation, organization, and execution of training, workshops, and system audits for the implementation and qualification of the HSE organization * Building expert knowledge and rolling out HSE software systems and processes, particularly Quentic, ENHESA, and Signavio * Administrator and helpdesk function for the HSE software systems, including associated dashboards, interfaces, and responsibility for HSE reporting * Support of the Corporate HSE Manager in system development, as well as participation in HSE projects in collaboration with the Quality, Sustainability, and PALfit Health Management departments \_\_\_\_\_ ## Your qualifications * Completed education at a higher technical or commercial school or university with a focus on environmental protection or similar, or additional qualifications in the field of HSE * Several years of professional experience in HSE management * Very good knowledge of ISO standards 45001, 14001, and 50001, ideally qualification as an internal or external HSE auditor and experience in HSE software systems * Practical experience in moderation and presentation, as well as strong communication skills * Fluent German and English skills, and willingness to travel internationally (50%) \_\_\_\_\_ ## What we offer * Work-life balance through flexible working hours and individual freedom of design * Career planning and development opportunities * Management development programs * Continuous training * Voluntary social benefits through our corporate health management PALfit The minimum gross wage according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 per year.
