- •Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning
- •Configuration experience in Workday modules
- •Expertise in Workday reporting
- •Experience in implementation of People Analytics
- •Strong understanding of Workday data structures
- •Experience managing EIBs and maintaining HCM structures
- •Ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
- •Experience supporting M&A activities or system integrations

- •Lead development and maintenance of Adaptive Planning models
- •Create and optimize formulas and reports in Adaptive Planning
- •Own and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards
- •Implement and enhance Discovery Boards, People Analytics, and Worksheets
- •Ensure high data quality by maintaining core HCM structures
- •Run regular validations to confirm data accuracy
- •Partner with Finance and People teams to align reporting processes
- •Collaborate with internal analysts for reliable data on reports
- •Advise on data design for effective workforce planning
- •Facilitate smooth data flow between systems
- •Respond to BAU requests and improve capabilities proactively
