Deine Aufgaben
- •Work with the Director of Production Europe and local management teams
- •Create a European roadmap for scaling initiatives
- •Manage cross-departmental initiatives with Production and People teams
- •Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention for blue-collar employees
- •Create and maintain EU-level reporting for KPIs related to recruitment and training
- •Measure changes in KPIs like skill matrix and training progress
- •Coordinate a streamlined onboarding process at production centers
- •Ensure fast integration into teams to support double-digit growth
- •Collaborate with trainers to identify training needs and develop programs
- •Partner with external organizations to enhance training and recruitment efforts
