- •Focus on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention

- •Track employee competency matrices, training duration, and progress
- •Define and implement the onboarding process at production centers
- •Collaborate with trainers to identify training needs
- •Develop training programs to enhance employee skills
- •Work with external partners to improve recruitment and training success
