Anforderungen
- •5+ years of progressive HR experience
- •At least 3+ years in a Senior HRBP or People leadership role
- •Willingness to work mainly on-site in Munich
- •Absolute fluency in English and German (C1+ level)
- •Proven hands-on experience in the full employee lifecycle
- •Expert practical knowledge of German labor law and social security regulations
- •Ability to build new programs and optimize existing operations
- •High proficiency with HRIS and data-driven decision-making
- •Resourceful, self-starter mentality
- •Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
