Anforderungen
- •Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
- •Experience in pharmaceutical Quality Systems, manufacturing, or R&D
- •Experience in Quality Management Systems and procedural writing
- •Ability in performance management, KPIs, and Quality Management Review
- •Experience working in an international organization
- •Fluency in English and strong leadership skills
- •Proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
- •Ability to navigate complex situations and handle conflicts

- •Strengthen overall QMS performance
- •Deploy effective quality-related internal communications
- •Support inspection readiness and compliance guidance
- •Standardize processes with Global Process Owners
- •Coordinate training strategies and QMS updates
