Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) preferred
- •7–10+ years experience in financial control, accounting, or audit
- •Expertise in US GAAP and consolidation
- •Experience in Group reporting and consolidation
- •Background in Big 4 audit firms
- •Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- •Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Fluency in English
- •Availability to travel internationally
- •Strategic and value-oriented mindset
- •Strong ownership and accountability
- •Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- •High financial rigor and attention to detail

Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead Group-wide lease accounting following U.S. GAAP standards
- •Report data from Oracle to the reporting system every 13 periods
- •Coordinate closing and reporting for MVHE Group countries
- •Implement accounting policies based on the finance manual
- •Conduct balance sheet reviews for countries and the Group
- •Manage internal controls with a focus on general accounting
- •Oversee periodic, quarterly, and annual lease closing activities
- •Ensure accurate measurement of ROU assets and lease liabilities
- •Validate lease data and journal entries from subsidiaries
- •Maintain lease accounting systems and data integrity
- •Support Group consolidation for lease-related balances
- •Analyze lease impacts on EBITDA, net debt, and cash flow
- •Prepare Group reporting packages and reconciliations
- •Collaborate with local teams on consistent accounting practices
- •Design and improve lease-related internal controls
- •Participate in system automation and implementation initiatives
- •Develop documentation for lease transaction procedures
