Anforderungen
- •Degree in business administration or commercial training with relevant further education
- •Passed accountant exam is advantageous
- •At least 10 years of professional experience in finance and accounting
- •In-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS
- •Very good SAP knowledge at user level, preferably in S/4HANA
- •High level of confidence in closing accounts
- •Strong leadership skills with empathy
- •Ability to act resiliently and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment
- •Enjoyment in promoting and coaching employees
- •Good written and spoken English skills

- •Manage the general ledger and sub-ledger team
- •Motivate and support team members individually
- •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- •Ensure compliance with HGB and IFRS standards
- •Oversee general ledger accounting and sub-ledgers
- •Perform account reconciliation
- •Account for complex business transactions
- •Prioritize and coordinate team tasks during high workloads
- •Foster an open and solution-oriented team culture
- •Collaborate with Controlling, Group Accounting, and the Tax Department
- •Work with external auditors
- •Identify and implement process optimizations
- •Automate internal control mechanisms
- •Participate in system implementation projects
- •Contribute to the standardization and development of accounting practices
