Anforderungen
- •Degree in accounting, finance, controlling, or equivalent
- •5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting/administration
- •Solid knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS
- •Practical experience with Invest Europe Guidelines
- •High IT affinity and experience in fund-reporting software
- •Analytical, detail-oriented, dynamic, and deadline-driven
- •Proficiency in English; German a strong advantage

- •Prepare accurate investor reports with performance metrics
- •Calculate NAV and carried interest
- •Ensure compliance with Invest Europe guidelines
- •Handle ad-hoc inquiries
- •Manage annual financial statements and notes
- •Coordinate closely with auditors
- •Monitor quality and timelines of financial statements
- •Conduct risk-oriented reviews
- •Review accounting data and reconciliations
- •Perform valuation checks and improve quality assurance processes
- •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to standardize processes
- •Drive automation of accounting processes
- •Support portfolio valuations and waterfall calculations
- •Review capital calls, distributions, and management fee calculations
- •Communicate proactively with GPs, LPs, and internal teams
- •Work with the tax team on tax-related matters
- •Ensure consistency between accounting, tax ledger, and investor reporting
