Anforderungen
- •At least 5-7 years of professional experience in international accounting, finance, or controlling
- •Strong educational background in finance and/or accounting, preferably a Master's degree
- •Very good knowledge of IFRS and experience with complex accounting issues
- •Knowledge of HGB, tax regimes, and corporate tax rules
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- •Advanced MS Office skills (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- •Pronounced analytical skills and ability to navigate complexity
- •Can-do attitude and ability to generate new initiatives
- •Demonstrated experience in IFRS, HGB, Solvency II reporting
- •Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects
- •Very good SAP FI / SAP BW knowledge
- •Strong communication and presentation skills
- •Excellent written and oral communication skills in German would be a plus
- •Willingness to learn and explore how AI can enhance the role

Deine Aufgaben
- •Plan and coordinate monthly global IFRS financial closing
- •Prepare and distribute global segment overview results estimation
- •Ensure compliance with IFRS, HGB, and Solvency II reporting requirements
- •Manage governance topics and update guidelines
- •Coordinate ICOFR governance and implement new controls globally
- •Draft and negotiate service level agreements
- •Monitor outsourced services and ensure appropriate controls
- •Coordinate and perform internal quality controls
- •Manage the Finpedia process and ensure compliance
- •Liaise with international subsidiaries and branches
- •Answer financial closing-related questions from Allianz Group Accounting
- •Serve as a point of contact for internal and external auditors
- •Participate in international finance projects and change management initiatives
- •Assist in developing and improving processes
- •Implement internal controls in an agile environment
