- •Hands-on experience with Excel, Salesforce, and Stripe
- •Strong knowledge of finance operations, reporting, forecasting, cash management, and audits
- •Attention to detail and ability to think ahead
- •Consulting background is a strong plus
- •Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups in the eMobility sector
- •Building finance operations from scratch or through rapid growth phases
- •Working closely with founders, CFOs, or investors

- •Own day-to-day finance operations and monthly accounting close
- •Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of financial reporting
- •Manage accounts receivable, collections, and dunning
- •Oversee accounts payable and payment runs
- •Prepare accurate payroll inputs
- •Track budget versus plan and explain variances
- •Run FP&A cadence to translate financial strategy into execution
- •Prepare financial updates, forecasts, and scenario analyses
- •Flag risks and issues proactively, such as cash runway and burn rate
- •Own year-end close and annual financial statements
- •Coordinate and execute external audits
- •Manage relationships with external partners like accountants and tax advisors
- •Provide guidance and oversight to two team members
- •Drive efficiency improvements and optimize finance processes
